If your event has been rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date or your event has been cancelled - use the form below if you wish to request a refund. You can also use this form to request a refund if you have Covid symptoms and are unable to attend.

It could take up to several weeks for your refund to be processed while we deal with the volume of requests.
