Join Jack who will demystify bread making and `prove’ that you can make great tasting artisan loaves. Bake with Jack will be drawing on a wealth of experience hosting classes throughout Surrey to give you a step-by-step guide to successful bread making. You'll go home with the skills you need and a recipe to create in the home, plus a sought-after Bake with Jack dough scraper.
Wine Tasting - Masterclass 2, 12.15am
Nick Wenman (Albury Organic Vineyard) & Mike Wagstaff (Greyfriars Vineyard)
As well as a tutored tasting of six wines, you'll learn about the challenges and triumphs of making award-winning wine in Surrey. Vineyard owner Nick Wenman will explain how he makes biodynamic wine on the southern slopes of the North Downs in the beautiful Surrey Hills, without the use of chemicals. And Mike Wagstaff will share tales from his family-run vineyard on the southern face of the Hog’s Back, between Farnham and Guildford.
