How to Book
Online - The best way to book is online at GLive.co.uk – it’s safe, secure and easy. An interactive seating plan means you can select your favourite seats 24 hours a day.
In person - The Ticketing Sales point and Café in the Main Foyer are open from 10am – 6pm, Monday – Saturday. On Sundays and Banks Holidays they will be open from 90 minutes prior to any performance
By telephone - Speak to us by calling our telephone booking number: 01483 369 350 (10am – 6pm, Monday – Saturday). A member of the G Live team will be happy to take your booking or answer any questions you may have.
Please note that throughout August 2016 our opening hours are 10am - 5pm.
Accepted Payment methods
We accept the following methods of payment:
- HQ Theatres’ Gift Vouchers.
Most orders are subject to a per ticket booking fee which will be clearly displayed when selecting your tickets. The booking fee goes directly to the venue to pay for things including upkeep, maintainance and staffing costs.
For certain performances, concession prices are offered to make enjoying G Live more affordable for:
- Customers with a disability
- Over 60s
- Under 16s
- Full-time education
Please note not all rates are available on every performance, see the individual show pages for concessionary rates available. Disabled customers may bring an essential companion to assist them with their visit at no additional cost.
Tickets booked by telephone may be reserved without payment for up to five days. Tickets can not be reserved for performances within a seven day period.
Babies in arms
For certain shows infants under two years may be accommodated on their parent’s or guardian’s lap and no charge will be made. For children aged two and over usual ticket prices and concessions will apply and a seat will be allocated. G Live retains the right to exclude babes in arms from any performance.
Please be aware that for standing gigs tickets will not be available for postage or email delivery. Tickets will be held at the box office until the performance date, and if collected before then cannot be re-printed if lost or stolen.
